Each dimension is scored and combined using a weighted model.

Identify critical readiness gates
Weak security, workload knowledge, resilience or financial readiness may restrict the final result or generate warnings.

Review 6R decision readiness
Understand whether there is enough evidence to make defensible Retain, Retire, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor and Repurchase decisions.

Use the result to plan discovery, remediation, pilots, migration preparation or cloud optimisation.
